Sriracha Tempayy (Tempeh) Stir Fry

Simply Sriracha Tempeh Cubes



  • 200 g

    Simply Sriracha Tempeh Cubes

  • 1 tbsp

    Corn flour

  • 1 Tbsp

    Stir fry sauce

  • 2 Tbsp

    Green and yellow zucchini cubes

  • 1 Nos

    Long beans

  • 1/4 each

    Red and Yellow peppers, cubed

  • 2 Nos


  • To taste


  • 2 tsp

    Chopped garlic

  • 3 Tsp

    Chopped ginger

  • 1/4 Tsp

    White vinegar

  • 1 Tsp


  • 2 Tsp

    Chopped spring onions



  1. Sautee the Sriracha Tempeh in a pan with a bit of oil for 5-7 minutes (till it starts to brown) and keep it aside.

  2. Make a slurry with the corn flour and water and set aside.

  3. Cube the long beans, zucchini and pimentos. Finely chop spring onions.


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic and sautee for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add zucchini and pepper cubes. Sautee for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the stir-fry sauce and sautee for 2 minutes.

  5. Add vinegar, spring onions and sugar.

  6. Toss the sauteed Tempeh cubes and corn flour slurry. Stir for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve hot
