Natural Tempeh Cubes


Ingredients

  • 200 g

    Natural Tempeh Cubes

  • 1/4 Tsp

    Turmeric powder

  • 2 Nos

    Green chillies

  • 1/2 inch

    Ginger

  • 1 No

    Onion

  • 1 Tsp

    Corriander leaves

  • 1/2 Cup

    Milk

  • 1/2 Tbsp

    Black pepper powder

  • 3 Tbsp

    Oil

  • To taste

    Salt

Recipe

  1. Crumble the natural Tempayy cubes by hand/ mince them with a knife and keep aside.

  2. Finely chop onions, green chillies, ginger and corriander leaves.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and sautee the ginger for 30 seconds.

  4. Add chopped onions and sautee for 5 mins till they turn translucent.

  5. Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and crumbled Tempayy. Sautee for 5 mins.

  6. Add salt, black pepper powder and corriander leaves. Sautee for 2 more mins. Add salt to taste.

  7. Add milk and sautee for a minute or two. Serve hot.
