Tawa Masala Tempayy (Tempeh) Kathi Rolls
Ingredients

Spiced Tawa Masala Tempeh Cubes

1 Tbsp
Broken cashew paste

2 Nos
Sliced Onions

1/4 each
Sliced coloured peppers

1 Tsp
Jeera powder

1 Nos
Cubed onion

1 Nos
Chat Masala

2 Tsp
Chat Masala

2.5 Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder

2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup
-
To taste
Salt

4 Tsp
Oil

2 Tsp
Fresh Corriander

2 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste

4 Tsp
Curd

1/2 Tsp
Kasuri methi

Chapathi/ Indian bread of choice
Filling
-
Heat some oil in a pan and sautee the sliced onions till transclucent.

Add the peppers and sautee for 4-5 mins.

Add the jeera powder, chat masala, tomato ketchup, cashew paste, fresh corriander and salt. Stir well for a few minutes. Keep aside.
Kathi Roll

Sautee the Tawa Masala Tempeh cubes in some oil for 5-7 minutes ( Till it browns).

Layer the roti with the sauteed cubes and the filling.

Roll the roti, cut into two and serve with mint chutney.
