Ingredients

  • 200 g

    Simply Sriracha Tempeh Cubes

  • 6 leaves

    Romaine lettuce, rinsed and dried

  • 50 g

    Shaved carrot

  • 30 g

    Light soya sauce

  • 2 nos

    Fresh red chilli chopped

  • 5 g

    White til

  • Half

    Lemon

  • 10 g

    Sugar

  • 2 g

    Crushed pepper

  • 5 g

    Spring onion chopped

Recipe

  1. Sautee the Sriracha tempeh cubes with some oil for 4-5 mins and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, add light soya, chopped chilli, crushed pepper, white sesame sugar and mix well.

  3. Lay lettuce leaves on a flat surface and fill with shaved carrot and sauteed Sriracha Tempeh.

  4. Drizzle with soya sauce dressing and sprinkle with white til.

  5. Garnish with lemon and spring onion.
