Preparation

The pineapple salsa:
In a bowl, mix chopped pineapple, green chilli, fresh coriander, chopped onion, lemon juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Set aside. -
Prep:
In a well-oiled pan, heat Thai Chilli Tempayy Thins for 90 seconds on each side. Set aside. -
Slice the slider buns in half, apply some butter, and sear them on the pan.
Assemble

Spread a generous layer of tandoori mayonnaise on the buns. Add a layer of chopped lettuce, 2 onion rings, and 2 Thai Chilli Tempayy Thins. Top with a spoonful of pineapple salsa and a slice of cheese. Close the bun and enjoy!
