Natural Tempeh Cubes


Ingredients

  • 200 g

    Natural Tempayy Cubes

  • 2 Nos

    Sliced Onions

  • 1/4 each

    Sliced coloured peppers

  • 1 Tsp

    Jeera powder

  • 1 Nos

    Cubed onion

  • 1 Tsp

    Chat Masala

  • 1/2 Tsp

    Kashmiri Chilli Powder

  • 3 Tbsp

    Tomato Ketchup

  • To taste

    Salt

  • 2 Tbsp

    Oil

  • 2 Tsp

    Fresh Corriander

  • 2 Tsp

    Ginger garlic paste

  • 4 Tbsp

    Curd

  • 1/2 Tsp

    Kasuri methi

  • Chapathi/ Indian bread of choice

Filling

  1. Marinate the Natural Tempayy Cubes with turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and salt.

  2. Sautee the marinated cubes for 5-6 mins and keep aside.

  3. Heat some oil in a pan and sautee the sliced onions till transclucent.

  4. Add the peppers and the sauteed Tempayy cubes and cook for 4-5 mins.

  5. Add the jeera powder, chat masala, tomato ketchup, cashew paste, fresh corriander and salt. Stir well for a few minutes. Keep aside.

Kathi Roll

  1. Layer the roti with the sauteed cubes and the filling.

  2. Roll the roti, cut into two and serve with mint chutney.
