      Tempayy Home Style Makhani

      Prep:

      Tempayy

      • Unbox Hello Tempayy Natural Cubes.
      • Marinate Tempayy cubes with salt, Kashmiri chilli powder and oil for 10 mins.
      • After 10 minutes, heat some oil in a pan and sauté the marinated cubes.

      The onion tomato paste

      • Boil onions, tomatoes, green chillies, peppercorn, cashews with turmeric powder, cardamom and bayleaf for 10 mins.
      • Grind it to a paste in a mixer.

      Cooking

      • Heat some oil in a pan.
      • Add ginger garlic paste and Kashmiri chili powder, stir.
      • Add onion and tomato paste and cook for 10 mins.
      • Add sauté-d tempayy cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
      • Once it’s done, add cream, honey and Kasuri methi. Stir well.
      • Garnish with cream and serve it hot.
