Any makhani recipe is all about flavour and that’s where Tempeh makes the perfect choice of protein (even better than paneer and tofu). ...
Tempeh's neutral flavor, firmer yet porous texture means it is easier to cook with and absorbs flavors of the condiments way better than its counterparts that only coat.
Not to forget, our Tempeh has the following health benefits:
- Packed with gut-friendly protein (19g per 100g- 35% RDA)
- Good for the gut (fermented, rich in probiotics)
- High fiber and low carb
- Low fat and cholesterol-free (only 1.4 g of saturated fat per 100g)
- Packed with other micronutrients (B-Vitamins, Iron, Calcium)
- Really low glycemic index
- Gluten and dairy-free
- No lactose makes it perfect for lactose intolerant people
HOMESTYLE MAKHANI RECIPE| FEW TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND
You can also choose to either marinate the natural cubes or use one of the pre-marinated Tempeh to get the perfect dish.
You can also garnish your tempeh makhani recipe with cream, honey, or Kasuri methi. This will enhance the flavour and avoid repetitiveness in your meals.
