      Ginger and garlic, finely chopped

      Prep:

      • Sautee the Szechuan Chilli Tempeh with some oil for 5 mins and keep aside.

      Other Prep:

      • Make a slurry with corn flour and water.
      • Slit green chillies, cut cubes of pimentos and finely chop spring onions.

      Cooking-

      • Heat oil in a pan.
      • Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins.
      • Add onions, green chillies and pepper cubes. Sauté for 5 mins.
      • Add the sauces (green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup) and sauté for 2 minutes.
      • Add vinegar, spring onions and sugar. Add salt to taste
      • Toss in the sauteed Tempayy (Tempeh) and the corn flour slurry, stir for 2 minutes.
      • Serve hot immediately.
