      Corn flour

      Red chilli sauce

      Green chilli sauce

      Soy sauce

      Onion cubes

      Red, green, yellow pepper cubes

      1/4 each Cup

      Green chillies

      Salt to taste

      Tomato ketchup

      Oil

      White vinegar

      Sugar

      Chopped spring onions

      Ginger and garlic, finely chopped

      Prep:

      • Unbox Hello Tempayy natural cubes (OR) Hello Tempayy Szechuan Chilli Cubes.
      • Marinate the cubes with soy sauce and salt. Skip step 2 if using marinated cubes.
      • Sauté in a pan and keep it aside.

      Other Prep:

      • Make a slurry with corn flour and water.
      • Slit green chillies, cut cubes of pimentos and finely chop spring onions.

      Cooking-

      • Heat oil in a pain.
      • Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins.
      • Add onions, green chillies and pepper cubes. Sauté for 5 mins.
      • Add the sauces (green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup) and sauté for 2 minutes.
      • Add vinegar, spring onions and sugar. Add salt to taste
      • Toss in the sauteed tempayy and the corn flour slurry, stir for 2 minutes.
      • Serve hot immediately.
