03 TspWhite vinegar

1/4 TspChopped spring onions
02 TspGinger and garlic, finely chopped
1 TspPrep:
- Unbox Hello Tempayy natural tempeh cubes (OR) Hello Tempayy Szechuan Chilli Cubes.
- Marinate the cubes with soy sauce and salt. Skip step 2 if using marinated cubes.
- Sauté in a pan and keep it aside.
Other Prep:
- Make a slurry with corn flour and water.
- Slit green chillies, cut cubes of pimentos and finely chop spring onions.
Cooking-
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins.
- Add onions, green chillies and pepper cubes. Sauté for 5 mins.
- Add the sauces (green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup) and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add vinegar, spring onions and sugar. Add salt to taste
- Toss in the sauteed tempayy and the corn flour slurry, stir for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot immediately.
