Stuffed Tempayy (Tempeh) Kulcha
Ingredients

Tawa Masala Tempayy cubes

Potato (boiled)

Ginger (grated)

Onion (chopped)

Dry mango powder

Salt

Red Chilli powder

1 tsp
Cumin powder

1 tsp
Coriander powder

Chaat masala

Green chillies

1/2 cup
Coriander leaves

tbsp oil

1 cup
Flour of choice

½ cup
Water

to taste
White sesame seeds
Recipe

Grate or Mash Tawa Masala Tempayy cubes

Add mashed Tawa Masala Tempayy, potato, ginger, onion, and spices in a bowl.

Add coriander leaves to it and mix everything together to form a filling.

Now prepare the dough using your flour of choice, water, oil, and salt.

Take a dough ball and fill the tempayy mixture inside it.

Roll it thick and garnish the kulcha with sesame seeds.

Cook it on a non-stick tawa until both the sides become golden brown.

Brush it with some butter/ghee.

Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
