Natural Tempayy Cubes
Urad Dal

Prep
Mash Natural tempayy cubes by hand or using a grater and keep aside.
Recipe
In a pan add 1-2 tbsp oil, urad dal, mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Now add chillies, ginger, asafoetida, curry leaves, onion, turmeric.
To this add the minced tempayy and salt, saute for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled potato and a biot of water and mash everything together
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
In a pan, spread some oiland make a crispy dosa using batter
Spread the masala on this dosa and enjoy with podi and your favorite chutney.
