Steam: Lightly oil a steamer or idli maker. Place momos and steam for 7-8 mins.
Pan-fry: Heat oil in a pan. Place momos and heat for 1 min on medium flame. Add 2 tbsp water, cover, and cook for 6-7 mins.
Air-fry: Brush momos with some oil. Air fry at 200 degree celcius for 10 mins. Shake halfway to ensure even cooking.
