Tempayy is widely considered to be the healthier option due to its rich nutrient profile. Both Tempayy and Tofu are made from soy, but that’s about where the similarities end. Tofu is more processed as it is made from curdled soy milk while Tempayy is made from whole soybeans that are fermented using age-old culinary methods.
