Peppery Szechuan Chilli Tempeh Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup

    Szechuan Chili Tempayy Cubes

  • 1 cup

    noodles

  • 3-4 tbsp

    oil

  • 3 tbsp

    garlic (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp

    chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp

    black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tbsp

    chopped green chillies

  • to-taste

    Salt

  • 1/2 cup

    spring onions

For Sauce

  • 1 tsp

    red chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp

    green chilli sauce

  • 1/2 tsp

    tomato sauce (hot & sweet)

  • 2 tsp

    stir-fry sauce

  • 1 tsp

    Szechuan chutney

Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Add chopped garlic, green chillies and chilli flakes. Sauté until garlic turns golden brown.

  3. Add Tempayy cubes and cook for 05 mins.

  4. In a bowl, add all the sauces and mix well.

  5. Add the sauce mixture, and pepper powder to the pan and mix. Drizzle some water.

  6. Add the noodles and stir for 03-05 mins.

  7. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and chilli flakes.
